Age-Restricted Communities
VaultPass is automation software for Discord access control. VaultPass does not process payments, host content, store content, or distribute creator content.
Creators use their chosen payment provider, and VaultPass automates access after confirmed payment notifications.
How payments and access work
- Creators process payments directly through their chosen payment provider.
- VaultPass receives a payment confirmation from the provider, such as a webhook or postback.
- VaultPass grants or revokes Discord access by assigning roles and logging events in the creator’s server.
VaultPass does not hold funds and does not split payouts. The creator remains the merchant of record for all customer transactions.
VaultPass does not act as a payment processor, merchant of record, or intermediary in any transaction.
Compliance basics
- Your Discord server must be properly labeled and use age-restricted channels where required.
- Maintain clear policies such as Terms, Privacy, Refunds, and Acceptable Use.
- If applicable, maintain 2257 documentation and required disclosures.
- You are responsible for content, compliance, and customer support related to sales.
What VaultPass stores
VaultPass stores only the minimum data needed to automate access, such as Discord server IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and purchase event metadata including status, timestamps, and provider references.
VaultPass does not store media files or message content.
