How payments work

1. Creators process payments directly with an approved provider that fits their category and requirements.
2. VaultPass receives a payment confirmation (such as a webhook or postback) from the creator’s provider.
3. VaultPass grants or revokes Discord access by assigning roles and logging events in your server.

VaultPass does not hold funds and does not split payouts. The creator remains the merchant of record for customer transactions.

Compliance basics

• Your Discord server must be properly labeled and use age-restricted channels where required.
• Maintain clear policies: Terms, Privacy, Refunds, and Acceptable Use.
• If applicable, maintain 2257 documentation and required disclosures.
• You are responsible for content, compliance, and customer support related to sales.
