Who handles refunds
Purchases are processed by third-party processors. For adult transactions, Approved Processors are the Merchant of Record and manage billing support and refunds in accordance with their policies.
Creator products
- Digital access sales are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
- Fraud, duplicate charges, or access failure will be reviewed.
How to request a refund
- Approved Processors transactions: See Billing Support for instructions.
- Stripe/SFW transactions: Contact the creator or email info@vaultpassbot.com with order details.
