Refund Policy

VaultPass does not act as the billing provider or Merchant of Record for customer purchases. Refund handling may depend on the creator’s policies and the payment provider used for the transaction.
Who handles refunds
Purchases made through creator communities are processed by third-party payment providers. For age-restricted community transactions, the creator’s selected adult payment provider is the billing provider and Merchant of Record. Refund requests, billing disputes, and recurring charge handling are subject to that provider’s rules and policies.
Digital access products
- Digital access sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Duplicate charges, confirmed fraud, or failure to receive purchased access may be reviewed.
- Creators may apply their own refund policies where permitted by the payment provider used for the transaction.
How to request a refund
- Age-restricted community transactions: Follow the billing and refund process provided by the creator’s selected adult payment provider. See Billing Support for general guidance.
- Standard transactions: Contact the creator directly or email info@vaultpassbot.com with purchase details and a description of the issue.
What to include
- Discord username and server name
- Purchase date and amount
- Any billing receipt or transaction reference you received
- A short explanation of the issue
Response times
We aim to acknowledge refund-related support requests within 2 business days. Resolution time may vary depending on the creator, the payment provider, and the nature of the issue.
Chargebacks and billing disputes
Chargebacks and formal billing disputes are handled by the payment provider that processed the transaction. VaultPass may assist with access logs or platform records where appropriate, but billing decisions are made by the relevant payment provider and the creator’s policies.
