18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance

VaultPass does not produce, host, store, or distribute creator content and does not process customer payments.

For creators who publish explicit content, the primary producer is responsible for maintaining any records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, where applicable.

Creator responsibility

Creators using VaultPass for age-restricted communities are responsible for their own compliance obligations, recordkeeping, labeling, disclosures, and record-keeping address where required by law.

Role of VaultPass

VaultPass operates only as automation software for Discord access control. VaultPass does not verify performer records, maintain creator compliance files, or act as the primary producer of any creator content.

Content notices

Any notice relating to creator content should be directed to the creator or primary producer responsible for that content.
