Billing Support

VaultPass does not collect or process customer payments. All transactions are handled by the creator’s selected payment provider.

Age-Restricted Community Purchases

For age-restricted purchases, the creator’s selected adult payment provider is the billing provider and Merchant of Record. Billing questions, refund eligibility, recurring charge management, and chargeback handling are subject to that provider’s policies.

  1. Locate your billing receipt, transaction email, or card statement entry.
  2. Use the billing or support tools provided by the payment provider used for the transaction.
  3. If you need help identifying the correct provider, contact the creator first or email us with transaction details.

Official consumer support and billing links will be provided by the payment provider used for the transaction.

Charges may appear under the descriptor used by the creator’s selected payment provider or, for standard transactions, the descriptor configured through the checkout provider used by the creator.
