1. Who we are
VaultPass (“we”, “us”) provides software that enables creators to sell pay-to-unlock access in Discord. Contact: info@vaultpassbot.com.
2. Services
We provide a Discord bot, dashboards, and integrations with payment processors (e.g., Stripe for SFW, Approved Processors for adult). Payment processing is provided by the respective processor; we are not a bank or payment institution.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You are responsible for your Discord server’s configuration and compliance.
- Adult/NSFW use requires servers marked 18+ and age-restricted channels.
- You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Fees
Creators keep ~90% on SFW; adult processing fees vary by processor. Additional platform or processing fees may apply as disclosed during setup.
5. Content & Licensing
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit content as necessary to provide the services.

8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party outages (Discord, processors).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
