These Terms govern your use of VaultPass, including our Discord bot, automation tools, and related services.
1. Who we are
VaultPass provides software that automates access to paid content, roles, and communities in Discord. Contact: info@vaultpassbot.com
2. Services
VaultPass provides a Discord bot, automation tools, and integrations with third-party payment providers.
VaultPass does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a bank or payment institution. All payments are handled by the creator’s selected payment provider.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You are responsible for your Discord server configuration, roles, and compliance.
- Age-restricted communities must use properly labeled servers and channels.
- You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws.
4. Fees
Creators keep 90% on standard Stripe transactions. Processing fees for adult payments vary by provider.
Additional platform or processing fees may apply as disclosed during setup or checkout.
5. Content & Licensing
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant VaultPass a limited, non-exclusive license to facilitate access control, automation, and related platform services.
VaultPass does not host or store creator content.
6. Prohibited Uses
Use of VaultPass must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers
VaultPass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Discord or payment providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultPass will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees you paid to VaultPass in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
